Customer is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all IDs, passwords and other security devices issued to or by Customer (collectively, "Customer's Internal Security Devices"). Customer shall not permit unauthorized individuals to use Customer's Internal Security Devices to access this Web Site. Customer is responsible for the actions of any individuals using Customer's Internal Security Devices to access this Web Site. Customer shall promptly notify U.S. Bank if Customer has knowledge that the security of this Web Site has been compromised. Customer agrees to defend and indemnify U.S. Bank against any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, fines and other liabilities arising out of Customer's failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of Customer's Internal Security Devices or arising out of the unlawful use of this Web Site by Customer or any person who obtains access to this Web Site using Customer's Internal Security Devices.
